Nightmaredifficulty is unlocked by completing the game on Survival difficulty. This isjust basically playing the game on hard. You take more damage and deal lessdamage. Ammo is also more scarce. The difficulty trophies stack but to playNightmare, you’ll need to beat it on Survival (normal) first to unlockNightmare.
